Consortium Meeting 17.01

On January 17, 2025, the SECURE Erasmus+ consortium convened to review the progress of its work packages and plan the next steps for upcoming deliverables.
Key discussions focused on the development of cybersecurity courses, the advancement of Research & Educational Hubs (R&EHubs) in Ukraine and Georgia, and the creation of web platforms to support knowledge-sharing and collaboration. The consortium also emphasized the importance of academic staff training to ensure the sustainability of the project.
A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to student academic mobility, with a focus on enhancing international exchanges and research opportunities to provide students with hands-on experience and strengthen institutional partnerships.
Looking ahead, the consortium has finalized list of the necessary equipment for laboratories, ensuring cutting-edge research and training in 5G security, AI-driven cybersecurity, and quantum cryptography. The next steps include the development of educational materials, further faculty training, and the launch of student mobility initiatives.
