4th International Conference “CH&CMiGIN-25” & “Problems of Ensuring andEnhancing the Cybersecurity of the State in Times of War” Roundtable

In June 2025, the 4th International Conference on Cyber Hygiene & Conflict Management in Global Information Networks was successfully held, bringing together cybersecurity experts, researchers, and practitioners from around the world. The conference attracted 77 paper submissions, of which 68 were selected and presented, showcasing a wide range of research on cyber hygiene, conflict management, and resilience in information networks under the challenges of hybrid threats and wartime conditions.

The conference took place within the framework of the Cybersecurity Summer Training Camp 2025 (SCSA-UA) — an educational and professional platform aimed at strengthening cybersecurity competencies among young specialists, students, and professionals.

As part of the camp’s agenda, a high-level roundtable discussion titled “Problems of Ensuring and Enhancing the Cybersecurity of the State in Times of War” was conducted. The session gathered government officials, cybersecurity experts, and representatives from academia and international organizations to address critical challenges facing national cyber defense during ongoing military conflict.

The SECURE Erasmus+ project was prominently represented during both the conference and the training camp, continuing its mission of advancing cyber hygiene education, international cooperation, and capacity-building across Europe and beyond.
